Eucalypt Identification Workshop- Monday 14th November
Presented by Mark Robinson NRCMA

Mark is an ecologist who is passionate about trees and plants and knows his stuff so there is no doubt you will learn a lot at this workshop.
There are lot of gum trees that look much the same but have different characteristics and uses. Each species has preferred soil type, drainage and aspect and they have an array of birds and bugs that rely on them for food and shelter.  Some will last 30 years in the soil while other will rot in the time it takes to put the fencing tools away.
The morning will be spent indoors at the hall learning how to ID and after lunch we will go out to a couple of different sites nearby to practice and observe.
When: 9.30am – 3.30pm Monday 14th November
Where: Eungai Hall,  Eungai
Morning tea provided, bring your own lunch.
Wear appropriate shoes and bring your hat.

Nambucca Valley Spring Tree Fair

Nambucca Valley Tree Fair is being held twice a year at the Bowraville Racecourse and attracts more than thirty nurseries and approximately 500 people to each event.
